This session will examine common approaches to estimation, and, in particular, the technique of Wideband Delphi Estimation that Lullabot uses in its sales engineering process. It also talks about different approaches to Top Down Design, the process of breaking a project up into actionable tasks, and how these artifacts can be used through-out the project.
